The traditional kitchen here on the Lake of Constance is very popular amongst the guests. Many cooks bring about fresh new recipes through the knowledge and tradition of creativity.
Fish from the lake, meat from the area, wild pig and deer from Schienerberg. Homemade brandies and spicey schnapps one can enjoy in cozy restaurants or in a beer garden under our old chestnuts trees.

A great familiar restaurant on the Lake of Constance offers such delicious dishes as specialties from wild pig or deer from our own forests. For example wildlasagne, fresh fish dishes, sponge dumplings from the lake’s pike, steamed trout filet with buttered rice and a red beet sauce or a vegetarian dish. As well we have fine wines from Hegau and Meersburg.
